Diversity and Inclusion

This half-day workshop is designed to help delegates consider topics related to diversity and inclusion and to apply these to appropriate behaviour in the workplace. This will be achieved through trainer led discussion, group activities, and examination of relevant case studies.

At the end of this session, delegates will:

  • Explore own attitudes /beliefs or assumed knowledge (conscious and unconscious bias).
  • Be aware of the legal framework and what is expected in the workplace
  • Know where to go to get additional information
