Aims

This 1-day training programme is suitable for anyone who would like to discover new ways of managing their time more effectively and efficiently.

 Objectives

This training programme will help you to:

  • Identify your current strengths and weaknesses in managing your time and to set goals for improving your skills
  • Identify ways of overcoming common time management difficulties and barriers to efficient time management
  • Review your personal and work goals and objectives and your attitudes to work/life balance
  • Plan and schedule work tasks using a variety of different methods, including an introduction to the most popular productivity digital tools and apps.
  • Save time by identifying common time wasters (e.g. interruptions) and finding ways of minimising their effect
  • Develop realistic strategies for time management
