Facilitation Skills
This introductory level course is aimed at providing an overview for anyone that wants to develop their confidence and skills in facilitating groups to achieve outcomes. Good facilitation is a skill that requires practice and a good understanding of group dynamics as well as various tools and techniques. The course will provide a safe place for all delegates to practice designing and delivering sessions.

Method
The day is structured around short inputs from the trainer, interspersed with practice facilitation sessions led by each participant. Participants will gain practice designing sessions, as well as experiencing sessions and giving constructive feedback to others. Participants will receive toolkits and resources to take away.
