Rachel draws on her experience as a qualified coach well as her extensive experience as a L&D professional of over 20 years to offer insightful mentoring support to L&D Professionals. This could be for anyone with responsibility for Learning & Development, whether with full responsibility for L&D in charge of a small team, or an HR person with L&D as an ‘add on’.
Online management and leadership qualifications
We can provide individually tailored management and leadership qualifications with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) through our partner Crescente. A combination of coaching and curated online content will help you successfully achieve your qualification.
Qualifications can be taken at three levels, Level 3 – First Line Managers, Level 5 – Middle Managers and Level 7 – Strategic Managers
