Introduction to Team Leading
This 2-day course is aimed at newly appointed line managers, supervisors and team leaders as well as more experienced managers who have not previously had any management training. It is also suitable for people who are likely to become managers within the next couple of years.
Team Leader Programme
This 6 day programme has been designed to help participants develop their management and leadership skills to get the best out of their teams and to relate the theories and principles to their own working lives. Delegates will develop practical skills into what is expected of them as a manager and understand why people management is taken so seriously. This programme is designed to run as a modular programme with 3-4 weeks between each module, allowing learners the opportunity to implement their learning. Read our case study here.
Team Development days
We are experienced in delivering custom team days. Whether you wish to align and motivate a new team, set a team strategy, or work to resolve challenges we would love to partner with you. In recent times, we’ve done the following:
- Delivered team workshops on giving and receiving feedback for a Media company in the Netherlands
- Supported an IT team in the Netherlands with working together better using a design thinking approach through a series of workshops. We did this by introducing a hands-on LEGO team challenge to allow all team members to participate and identify the challenges being faced.
- Created a ‘Development day’ for members of a European finance based in Germany team to assist with selection for roles in the new organisation structure.
- Delivered a 6 module Team Leader Programme in the UK for 12 a mixed group of new and experienced line managers incorporating a management qualification.
