We have a small team of high-quality associate trainers allowing us to deliver face to face training in the UK and the Netherlands. Strengthen your professional development with a qualification – many of our programmes below have the option to have a CMI (Chartered Management Institute) Qualification. Our partner Crescente.co.uk provide support for the qualification, with custom learning pathways of materials and assignment writing support.

Our Courses, Workshops & Programmes:

Coaching Skills

We can offer a range of Coaching workshops and training courses including and Introduction to Coaching and Manager as Coach. Delegates will be introduced to coaching models, tools and techniques. Participants will be introduced to, and practice, a range of coaching models for holding these conversations which they will be able to apply immediately on their return to work.

Mentoring Skills

We can offer a half-day Introduction to Mentoring Workshop – this session is ideal for mentors and mentees. The aim of the session is to explain what mentoring is, how it should work and to provide useful tools such as our Mentoring Toolkit. Additionally, we can run a more in-depth course, with practical elements to build up confidence.

Introduction to Team Leading

This 2-day course (or 4 sessions if delivered online) is aimed at newly appointed line managers, supervisors and team leaders as well as more experienced managers who have not previously had any management training. It is also suitable for people who are likely to become managers within the next couple of years.

Team Leader Programme

This 5-module blended and online programme has been designed to help participants develop their management and leadership skills to get the best out of their teams and to relate the theories and principles to their own working lives. Delegates will gain valuable insights into what is expected of them as a manager and understand why people management is taken so seriously. This programme is designed to run as a modular programme with 4 weeks between each module, allowing learners the opportunity to implement their learning.
