Dignity at Work

This half-day workshop is ideal for organisations that want to promote a Dignity at Work policy. This workshop can be used to support an anti-bullying culture, and can be used as part of the training for new anti-bullying advisors.

Aims 

To have an understanding of what dignity at work means.

Objectives

By the end of this session you will be able to:

  • Give definitions of bullying, harassment and victimisation
  • Explain why we have a dignity at work policy
  • Describe the benefits of an anti bullying culture
