Diversity and Inclusion – Workshop

Aims

This half-day workshop is designed to help delegates consider topics related to diversity and inclusion and to apply these to appropriate behaviour in the workplace. This session is suitable for all levels in an organisation. This will be achieved through trainer led discussion, group activities, and examination of relevant case studies. Can be delivered face to face or via Zoom.

Objectives:

At the end of this session, delegates will:

  • Understand key themes relating to diversity and inclusion
  • Explore own attitudes /beliefs or assumed knowledge (conscious and unconscious bias).
  • Be aware of the legal framework and what is expected in the workplace
  • Know where to go to get additional information

Need something more strategic? We can offer one on one tuition to guide you through achieving a CMI (Chartered Management Institute) qualification at Level 5 or Level 7.
