Client Feedback – Lee Glaser, Executive Director, Specialist Services

It has been a pleasure to work with Rachel throughout the selection and implementation of our digital learning platform. It is a project with the potential to improve so many areas of our CPD practice but we needed expertise to support us in moving forward. Rachel came highly recommended and is vastly experienced in this area.

Rachel took the time to listen to our needs carefully but she also challenged us when our thinking wasn’t clear. Her approach made us think about our objectives clearly.

The first phase of the project entailed Rachel identify the products that could support us in achieving our goals. Six products were considered and presented to us. They had a range of characteristics and price points from which we identified two for further consideration. Rachel supported us through demonstrations and interviews and the selection of our new platform.

The second phase entailed the implementation of the platform and development of content. Again, Rachel kept us focused and on track to ensure that we had thought of all possible stumbling blocks. Se supported a number of colleagues in the development of content and helped us to produce two excellent modules.

Throughout the process Rachel was always available, supportive, personable and firm in keeping us within the project parameters.

We are delighted with our online CPD offering and have plans to expand it further. It has enabled our customers to complete courses in their own time and provides significant flexibility in a world of very busy people. It will also enable our team members to focus their effort on other areas.

I very much recommend the move into digital learning. If you are considering it then I would also highly recommend working with Rachel. We could not have got this far without her support.
